ATAC (Add-on Tool for Argo Consistency)  Ver.0.5

ATAC.tar.gz : We add some folders and scripts to WJO original system.
              This file includes jma 13 floats for example, and doesn't include historical data set for WJO.

Procedure;
1.Decomporession of ATAC.tar.gz

2.Change config_c.txt and wmo.txt in "ATAC" folder.
  === Essential part ===
    - config_c.txt -  (configuration file)
        Change the following.
           WJO Home directory      (line 2)
           directory name          (line 74)
           
           If it's necessary to calculate calib_salinity by WJO script,
           change the following of config_c.txt and comment in line 44, 46 and 48 of argo_calibration_c.m.
                WJO historical data set (line 23-28)
                WJO setting             (line 65-70)
           
    - wmo.txt -  (WMO_ID file)
        Specify float WMO_ID.
        ex) 29032
            2900180
            2900181
            
            
  === Optional part ===
    - config_c.txt -  (configuration file)
        Change the following.
           CTD at float deployment Path  (line 84-90)
           Argo ii_list Path   (line 131-133)
           Argo BS Path        (line 138-144)
           Argo OW Path        (line 149-156)
           the rest part if necessary.

(Refer to README_WJO_plot_with_near_float_2.txt)

3.Execute argo_calibration_c.m on MATLAB.
  argo_calibraion_c.m load "float_dir" from config_c.txt and "float_name" from wmo.txt.
  This script makes figures and html.
  (WJO calculation part is commented out)
