Science Operations on Deck: Changed rotary drilling to jetting in due to the deviation from the strong current and spud new LWD hole C0001D at 07:30. Drilled up to 347 meter below seafloor while changing sweeping program from time to time at stands and pipe connections.
Science Operations in Labs:Continued Science Seminar 9 covering Alasaka Tectonic studies. Monitored real-time data from the C0001C LWD.
Lab technicians set up instruments in the core processing and lab street decks while making MSCL-W measurements on GeoTech cores.
