Science Operations on Deck: Began LWD assembly make up and running into from 04:00 a.m. on 2nd November. Spudded the Hole C0004B with LWD assembly at 18:45 p.m., jetted-down to the 50 m and drilled to 155.5 meters blow seafloor.

Science Operations in Labs: Continued review on Site C0002 reports. Review on the process of site report initiated by USIO-Publications specialist. Lab technicians continued setting up instruments, core splitter, pycnometer, ion chromatograph and titrator.
