Science Operations on Deck: Cored continuously from 722.5 to 853.0 mbsf by RCB. Core recovery is about 40% in averaged, but is getting increased.

Science Operations in Labs: Continued routine core processing on cores from the Hole C0002B. Had a science seminar on recent advances of deepsea exploration for dynamic fluid processes along the edges of the Pacific by Samuel Hulme.
