Beginning of IODP expedition -NanTroSEIZE-
-------------------------------------------------------------------
The press release about beginning of IODP NanTroSEIZE expedition
was announced by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science
and Technology (MEXT). The science objectives, list of Japanese
science party and expedition schedule were introduced.
The Chikyu will depart the port of Shingu toward the drilling site
