09 Oct. 2011: Mirai

Mostly cloudy with light rain. From radiosonde sounding, CAPE shows gradual increase and precipitable water vapor varies largely (30-65mm). Westerlies have prevailed above 400hPa since November 7. As for the status of major measurement systems, they work well so far. Since we were told that some radiosonde/surface met data could not be found on the GTS, we are checking why it happens.
