- Data Research System for Whole Cruise Information in JAMSTEC (DARWIN)
- On the "Data Research System for Whole Cruise Information in JAMSTEC (DARWIN)" JAMSTEC disseminates data and sample information obtained by its research vessels and submersibles.

- Provides information on the fruits of research and development work by JAMSTEC under the Data Integration and Analysis System (DIAS) from FY 2006 to FY 2010.
- MAPS (My Atlas and Plot Service)
- Provides data and information about "Ocean & Fishery Resources", "Hydrological Cycle" and "Land Ecosystem" made by JAMSTEC under DIAS from FY 2006 to FY 2010. You can display data on a map and create graphs.
