Subject Outline
It has been projected that global warming will cause abrupt changes in water cycles of the Arctic Eurasia.
In order to estimate the future and to help the past understanding of the tempo-spatial variations,
we use the combination of the data integration-analysis system and a number of datasets.
The application of the combination system produces valuable data related to the atmospheric and
land surface processes, then the data will be used as resources in developing a new analysis system.
These works do proceed with three research themes: water cycles in watershed scale, land surface processes,
and the interaction between the atmosphere and land surface. This webpage does introduce the results of cryosphere
inventory and land surface processes in Eurasia, related to above the first and second theme, respectively.
