VI. Relationship with research and development of Earth Simulator FRCGC will also establish a cooperative relationship with the Earth Simulator. For example, the results from the latest model research will be reflected upon parallel software development. On the other hand, progress in numerical science technology attained from the Earth Simulator will be utilized for model research of FRCGC. In this way, the linkage between "Earth science technology" and "information science technology" will be sought out. It is expected that the Earth Simulator will be fully utilized to promote research at FRCGC.
