Autonomous Drifting Buoy “Argo Float”

Autonomous drifting buoy “Argo float”
Argo floats move up and down in the ocean from the sea surface to 2,000-meter depth, measuring the water temperature and salinity. When reaching the sea surface, they transmit the data in near real time.
Approximately 4,000 Argo floats are monitoring oceans across the world to capture and elucidate the global ocean environment.
