Overview
This cruise of Oshoro maru (OS252) is conducted under the TEAMS project, namely Tohoku Ecosystem Array of Marine Sciences. Detailed investigation is hydrographic observation and mooring deployments of the sediment trap and the underwater profiling buoy system equipped with CTD sensor (SEA-SAW).

Results and Future Plan
All hydrocasts were conducted using 12-position, 12 liter Niskin bottles carousel system with SBE CTD-DO system. During this cruise, 3 casts of CTD observation were carried out. Seawater samples of salinity, nutrients, TA, DIC, DOC, 18O-H2O, Chl.a and HPLC were collected by 12 liter Niskin bottles mounted on the CTD/Carousel Water Sampling System and a bucket at stations O-1, O-2 and O-3. The distributions of these properties will be determined as soon as possible after this cruise.
