Results and Future PlanIn Off-Sanriku, we collected biological (mainly bottom fish) and sediment samples. Furthermore, we determined nitrogen isotopic compositions of individual amino acids from these biological samples to estimate their trophic positions. Based on these data set, we concluded that the organochlorine pollution in this region is insignificant in 2013. We plan to continue this monitoring in the future.
