Overview
This team aims to determine the situation of ecosystem based on the spatial data set including occurrence record of marine organisms and environment conditions. GIS tool, ArcMarine geodatabase, is applied for the data management, and we analysis the data to assess the tsunami impact in Tohoku neritic zone and deep sea. The various data, not only on geography, oceanography, biology, but also tsunami-debris are collecting intensively, from the direct field surveys conducted by TEAMS, data archives of the institutes, and the contribution from other research programs.

Results and Future Plan
We especially corrected distribution of brittle stars, seasonal ocean color data. We also create new map images using 3D rendering system.
