Research Information

Period and Interval
2013/04/01 - 2014/03/31
(Scheduled four times a year)
Research Area
Otsuchi Bay
Category
Mooring system(Observation buoy)
Overview
In order to clarify the three-dimensional flow structure in Otsuchi Bay and its changes, ultrasonic current meters and water temperature / salinity meters will be moored at a maximum of 6 locations in Otsuchi Bay. The obtained data will be used as basic information for nutrient transport, etc., and will also be used as verification data for the flow model / ecosystem model.
