Results and Future Plan
The carbon and nitrogen stable isotope ratios of aquacultures (scallop, oyster and sea pineapple) were different between three species. the carbon stable isotope ratio of sea pineapple was lower than the ratio of oyster and scallop. It is suggested that food source of sea pineapple is phytoplankton, and food source of oyster and scallop is attached microalgae.
