Applicants must hold a Ph. D.
From September 1, 2007.
Employment contract is renewable every Japanese fiscal year (April to
March). The duration of employment is expected to be 5 fiscal years(until
March 31, 2012).
(1) Salary will be competitive in accordance with JAMSTECs bylaws, taking career and working ability into consideration (annual salary system).
(2) Moving Expenses will be provided.
(3) The participant and JAMSTEC will share the premiums for insurance and labor insurance according to the current statutory proportion.
(4) Housing subsidies are available.
(5) Other: There are various kinds of subsidies available for personal interests/welfare provided by JAMSTEC's employees' cooperative.
