■Research Facilities The Yokosuka has laboratories (#1 though 3) for analysis of observed data collected by the submersible and by the Yokosuka and for analysis of collected samples, as well as space for storing samples. The vessel also has study rooms (1 and 2), and a shipboard gravimeter, three-component magnetometer, and towed proton magnetometer as permanent observation equipment.
