Joint Meeting of Korean and Japanese Geological Societies was held in Muroto, Kochi [ August 23 - 25, 2010 ]

During Aug. 23-25, 2010, Joint Meeting of Korean and Japanese Geological Societies was held in Muroto, Kochi.
About 80 researchers and students from Korea and Japan gathered in Muroto.
Attendees communicated through sessions and field trip in Muroto Geopark.
It was a great opportunity for Korean and Japanese Geological Societies to exchange information.

Dr. Yoshitaka Hashimoto, Associate Professor, Kochi University and Dr. Takehiro Hirose, researcher at Kochi/JAMSTEC, served as the local host.
