  • Changes in lacustrine environment during the last several centuries (from POV of stable isotope ratios in fish/zooplankton/plants specimens)
  • Stable isotope ecology
  • Compound specific stable isotope study of tetrapyrroles
  • Developing and applying SEDEX-SPEM phosphorus extraction technique to study modern and paleo- environments
