Research InterestsI am interested in tropical Atlantic variability and its representation in general circulation models (GCMs). I have published a number of papers on GCM biases in the tropical Atlantic but have also studied observed interannual variability, particularly the so-called Atlantic Niño in the equatorial Atlantic. My interests also include marine stratocumulus cloud, the hydrological cycle and its response to global warming, and the limits of seasonal predictability. |
