Remark A: Poster Session
Most of session will be used for discussion on the operational plan. Instead, we will prepare the space for poster presentation, so that science discussion can be easily made during the coffee break time. If you wish to have a poster presentation, please let us know. In total, 20 presentations may be possible.

Remark B: Group sessions
Four group sessions will be organized and conducted at 1) Miyoshi Memorial Auditorium, 2) Small conference room at the 2nd floor of the Conference Building, 3) Meeting room at the 3rd floor of Frontier Research Building, or 4) Conference room at the 4th floor of Earth Science Museum Building.
For observation sessions, minimum requirement for uniform observation such as radiosonde frequency, CTD casting depth and sampling interval, etc. should be discussed. For numerical session, real-time forecast support and reanalysis plan should be discussed. In addition, each group must discuss the data management which will be discussed in Plenary Session-6.
