Processing Note C0004B DCS comments 05 Nov 2007: 1) Data quality is very good, I sucessfully made a continous compressional slowness; 2) Above 2760m BRT (94 mLSF), formation arrivals were mixed and interfered by strong mud arrivals on MPS Wide mode processing due to a very slow formation, therefore LeakyP mode compressional has to be applied to label the final DTCO at this interval; 3) Below 2760m BRT (94 mLSF), Wide-band MPS compressional was labelled as final DTCO with high coherence and good quality; 4) Leaky-P mode compressional was only applied in the upper shallower interval; 5) Basically labelled compressional is good, users can check with STC coherence to find out. Thanks for your time! Best regards, Liu Wei Data & Consulting Services Beijing CHG, Schlumberger Note MPS_Wide: wide frequency band processing LeakyP: frequency dispersion processing
