1. Summary

This dataset contains precipitable water vapor data estimated from GNSS satellite data observed by a GNSS receiver 
deployed at the PAGASA Laoag Synop-Airport-Upper Air Station.
The method of estimation from GNSS carrier phase to precipitable water vapor value is based on Fujita et al. (2008).

6. Remarks.

Although we deployed GNSS receiver since July 27, 2018 through the end
of Augsut, we condirmed their epoch number decresed, and kept low value 
during August. Thus, in this version, we kept data to use only for the 
period from July 28 through August 3.
