R/V Mirai (MR21-03) GNSS precipitable water vapor

This data is precipitable water vapor estimated from GNSS satellite 
data observed by a GNSS receiver onboard the R/V Mirai. The method 
of estimation from GNSS carrier phase to precipitable water vapor 
value is based on Fujita et al. (2008).
