1. Summary

This is an archive of the merged high altitude radiosonde data obtained 
by the two receivers (R1 and R2). Data are stored at every 50m averaged 
over from -25m to +25m at each level and all available data from both 
R1 and R2 were used. Missing value is expressed as "999".
