    Version 2.0 : 10 min data was released.
    Detail explanation and reference were added. 
    Version 1.0 : hourly data was made for temporal use.
    Thus, it is strongly recommended to replace ver 1.0 hourly data
    with that obtained from ver 2.0 10-min data. (Note. ver 1.0 is not
    available anymore from this site.)

1. Summary

This data is precipitable water vapor estimated from GNSS satellite data observed by a GNSS receiver onboard the R/V Mirai. The method of estimation from GNSS carrier phase to precipitable water vapor value is based on Fujita et al. (2008).
