Overview
The purpose of this field research is to understand the river water mixing and diffusion around Otsuchi bay. Conducted by 3 monitoring buoys, we will observe a water quality continuously. We will also observe a water structure by using new Tow-Yo instrument, Yoing Ocean Data Acquisition Profiler (YODA Profiler).

Results and Future Plan
We mounted three mooring arrays in the Otsuchi Bay. In addition, We observed temperature, salinity, fluorescence, turbidity and the current field in the Otsuchi Bay. Although, the stratification was weak, the run-up of the internal waves was observed.
