Overview
The purpose of this field observation is to understand the oceanographic structure and the impact of deposit accumulation. We will also observe a water quality by using YODA Profiler, UCTD, and TurboMAP. Also we will deploy a mooring system and a weather station for time-series observations at the fixed point. The survey for taking samples for zooplankton, water samplers, a plankton net, and the equipment called "AZFP" will be used for. In addition, to understand the impact of the tsunami, we will take samples for water and sediments in estuaries. The continuos observation of water quality will be conducted by mooring systems, then we will get them back on the last day of field survey.
