Overview
The purpose of this field observation is to monitor and model river water mixing and diffusion in estuaries, brackish waters and coastal areas. To examine the microbial community structures, we will take samples for water and sediments in estuaries in Otsuchi Bay. We will also observe a water quality by using CTD.
