Overview
A monitoring investigation on the quality of the water (nutrient salt, chlorophyll-a, planktons) and the bottom mud investigation (TOC, TN, COD, AVS) are planned in Nagatsuraura, Oppa bay and Samenoura bay of Miyagi Prefecture.

Results and Future Plan
A pattern figure of water quality pattern using the data of the sea-water environment monitoring from April, 2017 to March, 2018 was made. A dysoxic water mass was confirmed in the summer. I made distribution maps such as TOC, TN, COD, AVS by quality of bottom analysis. The currents and the speed of water in Nagatsuraura were cleared, and it was estimated to take from 8 to 25 days to exchange the overall water. In the examination of the appropriate accommodation density of culture oyster, bait was not short with the present mean estimated accommodation quantity by the test calculation from quantity of water temperature and chlorophyll a. A continued quality of the water monitoring of the Gulf of Samenoura Bay (closed sea area) was continued and accumulated quality of the water (water temperature, salt, quantity of chlorophyll) data.
