Abstract
Water sampling with Niskin bottle and CTD sensor were performed from the sea surface to the seafloor along the observation line across the Tsugaru Strait. Water samples were collcted and measured for salinity, dissolved oxygen, nutrients, dissolved inorganic carbon, total alkalinity, 18O and chlorophyll a. Attribution of this data : For the publicly released data, sensor observation data from the Ushio Maru cruises belong to the Faculty of Fisheries, Hokkaido University, while those from the Wakataka Maru cruises belong to Japan Fisheries Research and Education Agency. Water sampling data belong to JAMSTEC. Additionaly, these cruises were conducted as part of a collaborative research project.
