Acquisition service of morphology and bulk density for micro-sized objects by Micro-Focus X-ray Computed Tomography (μXCT)

We perform analysis of morphological information acquisition as a contracted service to domestic and overseas researchers/educational institutions for micro-sized objects such as natural environmental materials (foraminifers, radiolarians, pteropods, shellfish, and copepods etc)

Notice: Resumption and Fee-Based Transition of MXCT Contract Analysis Services

Starting in FY2026, the MXCT contract analysis service has become a paid service.
For academic use (non-profit research purposes at universities, public research institutions, etc.), the fee is, in principle, 8,742 JPY per sample (a 30% administrative overhead fee and consumption tax will be charged separately).

The application deadline for this fiscal year is Friday, December 18, 2026.

2. Please be sure to read the "Terms and Conditions for Contract Analysis Using Microfocus X-ray CT." By submitting an application, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

3. Download the "Purchase Order" and "Analysis Request Form" below, fill in the required information, and submit them to the MXCT Contract Representative within the application period.
