The 2026 Summit focuses on operational, interoperable, and user-driven digital twins that combine observations, models, AI, and advanced digital technologies to support ocean protection, climate resilience, sustainable governance, and the blue economy.

Workshop for Atmospheric and Oceanic Simulation 2026

Nagoya University, Higashiyama Campus
The workshop aims to bring together scientists across a broad spectrum of atmospheric and ocean sciences, including modeling efforts, the interpretation of data through analysis, and related observational studies. The workshop will cover topics ranging from air-sea interactions and various atmospheric and oceanic processes—including biogeochemistry and weather extremes—using approaches that span theoretical to applied and regional to global scales.
