Visit from Padjadjaran University, Indonesia

On Tuesday, April 25, five members from Padjadjaran University in Indonesia, President Prof. Rina Indiastuti, Dean Prof. Yudi Nurul Ihsan, Vice Dean Dr. Mega Laksmini, Dr. Fadli Syamsudin, and Ms. Tjumina Eka Puspita Sri visited JAMSTEC.
Application Lab and Padjadjaran University discussed research collaboration on climate prediction in Indonesia and its application to various social sectors such as agriculture, fisheries, and energy.
In conjunction with the visit, a cooperative research agreement on "Climate Change Prediction and Application in Indonesia" was signed between the two parties. This will promote networking among researchers and students and is expected to produce results through joint data analysis.
