Notice of Positive Case for COVID-19
(The third report for the August 24 case)

Regarding the outbreak of COVID-19 in the Support Vessel YOKOSUKA, one more case was confirmed to be positive today, bringing the total number of positive cases in this research cruise to six.

JAMSTEC and its Emergency Response Headquarters Office headed by the President will continue to take necessary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 following the instructions of the local public health center.
