Two persons who work at JAMSTEC Yokohama Institute for Earth Sciences (Kanazawa-ku, Yokohama-city) , a person who works at Kochi Institute for Core Sample Research (Nankoku-city, Kochi prefecture) have tested positive for the COVID-19 PCR or other tests.
JAMSTEC and its Emergency Response Headquarters Office headed by the President will continue to take necessary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 following the instructions of the local public health center.
